Let us not live oriented by the wound.
The wound is here to make the medicine.
The medicine is meant to be shared.

The medicine is sacred.
The wound is scared.

It is OK to feel scared.
Yet when you stay in the wound, the medicine can’t flow out.
It becomes poison.
It needs to move.

My teacher says:
If things can move, they can heal.

Let us feel safe enough to soften.
Let us feel safe enough to move.
